Bulk add gateways

Pick a template, paste a list of device IDs (whitespace or comma separated). The template's device_id_type decides whether to look for IMEIs or MACs. Each gateway inherits the template's protocol, target, interval, slaves and tags.

Tokens are extracted with a regex that matches the selected ID type. Duplicates within the paste, and IDs that already exist in the DB, are skipped.
